Once we have received and reviewed your feedback, alongside comments from other stakeholders, we will continue to develop the proposals. Our current intention is to submit a full planning application to Lewisham Council in Autumn 2026.

The indicative project timeline is as follows:

• Autumn 2026 – Submit the full planning application to Lewisham Council for consultation and determination.
• Winter 2026/27 – Receive a planning decision and, if approved, begin pre-construction activities.
• Late 2027 / Early 2028 – Commence works on site.
• Late 2029 – Anticipated completion of the development.
