The proposal site is located at the former Akwaaba Centre on Grinling Place SE8 5HG and sits on the corner of Grinling Place and Eveyln Street (A200)
The proposals are for the red line boundary above, however the extent of ownership also extends to Grinling Place to the south of the site in yellow and currently there are no changes are proposed to this yellow area.
